ARCHES Huile Paper

Like all the papers that make up the ARCHES range, ARCHES Huile is made on a cylinder mould at the Arches Paper mill in the Vosges. This traditional method ensures that the fibres are evenly distributed which makes the paper stronger and extremely dimensionally stable.

100% cotton, ARCHES Huile sheets are watermarked and with 4 deckle edges. ARCHES Huile is an archival-quality paper. The paper is resistant to scratching, and it offers a faster drying time as well as an excellent rendering of the colours. ARCHES Huile is ready to be used and can easily be cut to the desired size.

The paper can be rolled up to transport, which is ideal for painting outdoors. It is suitable for marouflage and it is perfectly suited for oils and oil pastels.
